Earlier this year, rally and stunt driver Guerlain Chicherit attempted to break the world record for longest jump in a four-wheeled vehicle, only to crash spectacularly. Luckily, Chicherit emerged from the wreck unscathed, and now sponsor GoPro has released its in-car and exterior footage of the event, as well as an interview with the driver.
Needless to say, the grimace-inducing video is hard to watch—but it also is incredible to see what Guerlain was able to walk away from. His off-road-prepped Mini, on the other hand, wasn’t so fortunate. Watch the clip below:
