Yesterday Roger Ebert alerted us via Twitter to this interesting item: "On July 7, Chicago-based contemporary artist Tony Tasset will unveil “EYE” — a lifelike three-story eyeball sculpture — at Pritzker Park at the corner of State and Van Buren." The structure, made of steel reinforced fiberglass, will remain in the Loop through October. Says Roger: 'I recommend this temporary Chicago sculpture find its permanent perch on the roof of Joe McGinniss's house.' [Sun-Times]
